How can I order samples before making a full purchase?

We highly recommend ordering samples to see the texture and color in your space. You can order up to five individual tile samples through our website for a small flat-rate shipping fee.

What is the typical lead time for delivery?

Most in-stock tiles are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days via our specialized fragile-freight carriers.

How many extra tiles should I order for my project?

We recommend ordering 10-15% more than your actual square footage to account for cuts, waste, and potential future repairs. For herringbone or complex patterns, 20% is advised.

What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?

While we pack our tiles with extreme care, breakages can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage with photos to our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Do you offer professional installation services?

The Tile Collective is a product supplier only. We do not offer installation, but we provide detailed specification sheets for every tile to help your licensed contractor achieve the best result.

Can I return unused boxes of tiles?

Yes, we accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tiles within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
