Pack with Care
Ensure all tiles are in their original, unopened packaging and securely placed on a pallet or in a sturdy box to prevent breakage during transit.
Arrange Shipping
Ship the items back to our central warehouse using your preferred carrier; we recommend choosing a service with tracking and insurance for peace of mind.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
